BRIAN JONESTOWN MASSACRE …And This is Our Music CD

The hell of it is, the 60s were generally uncool. But Brian Jonestown Massacre make you wanna yank out the beads and the peace signs and try to find some real acid, rather than that sad-ass substitute, Ecstacy.

“Tschusse” typifies the disc, a dreamy acoustic number that walks along with two-note pop from a piano. There is Dandy Warhol damage all over the place which shouldn't surprise. The two are partners in acoustic drone, after all, with the Dandies covering BJM's “Stars” on their 2001 tour.

In this case, though BJM fills the void left when the Dandies opted to go Eurotrash. [Tee Pee]
