HAUNTED GEORGE Bone Hauler CD

So, Steve Pallow decides to wander out into Fuck-all-ville after killing off the tasty Necessary Evils and then recording what it has done to his mind. Well, pretty much. His venture into the “one man band” territory is reminiscent of Bob Log at times, but a whole lot less peppy. Shambling, plucky guitar hit with lots of echo and fog, themes of doom and death and an overall feeling of bones being bleached in the desert sun. Gets a bit weary after a whole slab of this, but I like his dedication to be as depressing as possible—it's commendable. [Deadbeat]
