Holy halls of mountain grills filled with ten thousand yetis drinking electric kool-aid singing skip-to-my-lou on a final approach to the airstrips of Giza. Jangling, waltzing into the wolf cities of your leaf hounded hookah-stained lips.

This review makes no direct comparisons to bands of ancient lore, as insults and references can often lead to bewildered eyes. But more simply, a nod and a wink should suffice. As my hip perpetually swaggers along and boogies with the kings and queens of acid drenched fuzz-laden mayhem, my wheels were easily greased.

First listen to Assemble Head in Sunburst Sound's forthcoming release, it is noteworthy to note, my homework is already done and to turn my crank is a feat in itself. That said, it is gathered, these maestros of neo-psych have also sat with headphones and green things to ingest, whilst reorganizing and rerouting neural pathways and truly digging in to where it all left off in 1973.

The swirls of West Coast space rock abound, harmonically candy coated vocalized meanderings will delight. The album is on point, cohesive, diligent, and intelligent. Particularly in a world of musical disasters, we as the psych fans, need desperately to feed on these stylings and deliveries.

Bless you Assemble Head in Sunburst Sound for When Sweet Sleep Returned. I dig! [Tee Pee]
