Dan Zukovic’s “DARK ARC”, a bizarre modern noir dark comedy called “Absolutely brilliant…truly and completely different…” in Film Threat, was recently released on DVD through Vanguard Cinema(http://www.vanguardcinema.com/darkarc/darkarc.htm), and is currently
debuting on Cable Video On Demand. The film had it’s World Premiere at the Montreal Festival, and it’s US Premiere at the Cinequest Film Festival. Featuring Sarah Strange (“White Noise”), Kurt Max Runte (“X-Men”, “Battlestar Gallactica”,) and Dan Zukovic (director and star of the cult comedy “The Last Big Thing”). Featuring the glam/punk tunes “Dark Fruition”, “Ire and Angst” and “F.ByronFitzBaudelaire”, and a dark orchestral score by Neil Burnett.

I haven’t googled the Cuts since I quit the band in 2006; the same year we stopped paying for COST-U-LESS website hosting. Web sites are not very rock ‘n’ roll; I wonder why you put such a premium on them… I’m bored, it’s 2:30 AM out here, I got a job at a book store I really love today and my record is about to be released on vinyl so I’m sort of angsty in a happy way… If you want to hear it go here: http://www.facebook.com/dannyjamespear.
When I was 18 in the year 2000 I was asked to audition for my favorite band at the time, which happened to be fronted by one of my best friends who lived a block away from me, Andy Jordan, now Andy Human. After I wrote some songs I became the second singer and keyboard player for the Cuts, and we hit the road for the next six years. It was the usual band experience: a certain kind of exhilarating hell with peaks and valleys that I wouldn’t trade for the world. While on the road at that tender age we became good friends with the Go, the Donnas, the Darkness, the Black Keys, Terry Reid, Don Bolles, John Holmstrom, Billy Gibbons, the Hives, Franz Ferdinand, et cetera blah blah blah… When the band formed in 1998, there wasn’t anything like it going on, but I suppose you measure ‘success’ differently than me… I am a confessed hoo-doo voo-doo self-satisfied asshole, so a lot of cats don’t see things my way. However, and this is the only thing I really wanted to clarify, we always returned home. Home to OAKLAND, California. That’s in the Bay Area, and we constantly represented Oakland, and still do simply because we are proud to live here. Can I say it again? OAKLAND! Oh, yeah, I was LYING about not googling the Cuts since 2006. I’ve probably done it three or four times since then. I hope you like my album. It still probably sounds like Meat Loaf fronting the Sweet…

Well I’m 20 years old and unfortunately did not know the original guns (sad).But whenever he saw the clips was that Duff liked, I do not know exactly why, I think the Geita to be funny!
I am very happy to know that he is fine now (clean), Duff Note 10 is a guy and his book is really very good, VERY GOOD : D

The order of which you listed these events make me wonder if you read this book at all. The book begins with the narrator hopping a train yet you say that didn’t happen until later? pretty unreliable review if you ask me.
